The terms on which Next Couriers Ltd provides its services.

These terms apply to courier and delivery services provided by Next Couriers Ltd, Company No. 16665018, VAT No. 505133729, registered office Unit 2K2, Hastingwood Business Park, Wood Lane, Birmingham B24 9QR ("Next Couriers", "we", "us").
Quotes are based on the information you provide, including parcel size, weight, collection and delivery locations and the service level requested. A booking is confirmed when we accept it by phone, email or message. If the goods differ materially from the description given, we may re-quote or decline the job.
We do not carry illegal goods, hazardous materials without prior written agreement, firearms, live animals, or cash and bearer instruments. If in doubt, ask before booking.
We take timing commitments seriously and plan every job to meet the agreed window. Delivery times may nonetheless be affected by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, road closures or vehicle breakdowns. Where a delay occurs we will tell you as soon as possible.
Our liability for loss of or damage to goods is limited to the amounts agreed at the time of booking. Claims must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Payment terms are agreed at booking or set out in your account agreement. We may charge for cancelled bookings where a driver has already been dispatched.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
