We use your data to provide quotes, arrange and complete deliveries, keep you updated on your delivery, respond to enquiries and meet our legal obligations. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running a courier business, and legal compliance.
We share delivery details with the drivers and delivery partners who carry out your job, and with service providers who support our business (such as IT and payment providers). We do not sell your personal data.
We keep booking and delivery records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
